Jeeva Bamboo Blossom Rice

Step 1: Take 1 cup of Bamboo Blossom Rice and rinse thoroughly. Drain off the water.
Step 2: Soak in water overnight or for a minimum of 6-8 hours. Rinse and drain again.
Step 3: Add rice to 8 cups of water in a pan, bring to the boil and allow to simmer for an hour until you see each grain soft .
Step 4: Drain rice and enjoy on its own or add to stir-fries, salads and more.
